Subsequently, she co-founded a start-up medical device company and served as the Chief Medical Officer & Chief Strategy Officer. With this company, she collaborated with the Senior Engineer, providing clinically relevant input on design of the second generation technology prototype.  In addition, she created a Feasibility Plan, Strategic Commercialization Plan and co-created the roadshow Pitch Deck for the company's technology before joining Ms. Guenther and Ms. Spain to co-found TechTango in 2016.

Staying true to her passion and maintaining the clinical relevance necessary for innovation in medical technology development, Dr. Lipinski continues to practice veterinary medicine.

Licensure and Professional Organizations:  Dr. Lipinski holds a current license to practice veterinary medicine.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society (VECCS).  From 2004 - 2010, she was a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, Florida.
